Free local shipping on orders over S$200.
Delivery within Singapore: 2–5 business days.
International shipping is available. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Returns & Exchanges
We truly hope you love every piece you receive. As a small independent label producing in limited quantities, we aim to keep our return process fair while remaining sustainable in how we operate.
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
For change-of-mind returns (including colour preference, fit, or suitability), we offer:
• Exchange
• Store credit
Store credit will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With tags attached
• In original packaging
All discounted merchandise is final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Refunds
Refunds to the original payment method are only provided if:
• An item is faulty
• You received an incorrect item
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

As each Apostrophe piece is produced in small runs using considered fabrics, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This includes reasons such as:
• Colour not suiting
• Style preference
• Fit preference
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, measurements, and fabric notes carefully before purchasing.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
